Maragondon Church | Things to do
Maragondon Church is one of the 26 oldest churches in the Philippines. The church was built by Jesuits in 1618, after its patron saint Our Lady of Assumption. Unique to its design is its intricate retablo and carved entrance doors. The church also has an attached Spanish convento, which was built in 1666. The church is a Historical and Cultural Site, declared by the National Museum and the National Historical Institute.
